Policy: When starting with KUDWE, all messages sent to kudwenyc.com must have information of your dog's name, breed, age, and temperment, along with other details of services such as the schedule (time frame and days) you would like, any add-on services you would need (check below for add-on list) and what option you would like to be invoiced to. Be sure to check the area coverage map at the bottom of the website. There is an additional fee for outside area coverage (if available). An appointment will be made for a meet and greet session. There will be a short walk with your dog to determine if there are any other issues and see if your dog is compatible to be walked.
Payment for walks done for the week will be invoiced to you at your preferred choice of payment at the end of each business week (Friday). Please text or email (no verbal requests) any new walk requests and necessary add-ons you may need. Prepaid payments are optional. Prepaid payments can be used towards other services and will be deducted from for any add-on fees requested. A notification will be given when your balance is low or completely finished, along with a breakdown of the walk recap and add-on fees. You have the option to switch from prepayment to weekly payment anytime you like. If no prepayment is made when your balance is done, you will automatically be switched to a weekly invoice. You may prepay again to cover past walks and future walks. Prepaid balances do not expire, and you will be reminded monthly of any balances you may have.
Invoices for weekly pay will be at the end of the week, which will include a breakdown of the walks and all add-on fees for that week. If a Saturday and/or Sunday walk is requested after Friday, it will be included in the following business weeks invoice. If a Saturday and/or Sunday is included in the weekly walks, an invoice will be made for the week after the last day of the scheduled day.
Walk slots for regular scheduled walks will not be held for inactivity lasting for more than 30 days. If you are away for a period of time lasting 30 days or more, your time slot will become available to new customers. KUDWE operates on a first come, first serve basis with walks. Irregular scheuling is available, but please note that availability will not be guaranteed. Any prepaid payments that are not finished before a termination will be reimbursed the remaining balance.
All walks and pet sit visits must allow a 2 hour window when scheduled. Below is the list of add-on fees.

Cleaning paws after walk: +$5 (no fee for regular drying after rain walk)

*Add-ons needed are applied to walk requests, and rates are calculated from the start and end of each business week (Monday-Friday).
BOARDING
Policy: Overnight stays will occur in your home. All days, the start and end of the walks, and additional instructions needed must be detailed and in writing (email is fine) before the start of the visit. Fees will be determined by length of walks, the days of stay, and add-ons needed.
